I think the course was great and helped me understand much more about the documents. From a basic learning standpoint, I found the class helpful in trying to understand what I am seeing on individual documents.

It is certainly a step up in complexity and difficulty from the previous 4 courses. This being said, the information is all very useful and delivered at a good pace!

A great and informative course!

I really appreciated having Derek as an instructor for this course. I reached out several times throughout, especially while navigating challenges related to differences between PC and Mac versions, as well as variations between SketchUp versions. Derek was consistently helpful, responsive, and patient in addressing my questions. He made an effort to clarify things in a way that was easy to understand and helped me stay on track despite the technical hurdles. His support definitely made a difference in my learning experience, and I’m grateful for his guidance throughout the course.

I found the content to be excellent and very professional. I believe I learn the most from the quizzes; the fact that I am being evaluated helps me fully grasp the concepts.

Great class, really helped me with my knowledge of Revit.

The course provided a strong foundation in digital takeoffs and Bluebeam workflows. The hands-on assignments were the most valuable part — working through an actual estimate from takeoff to cost summary reinforced the concepts better than the quizzes alone. Instructor was knowledgeable, and the course material was well structured.

My job does not require me to do commercial blueprint reviews, but I wanted to challenge myself, and I am glad I did. It was a very informative course of study, and I learned so much about the commercial blueprints. It's worth the time and effort. My instructor was also a great resource for me. I am thankful for the prompt responses to my questions and the support I received.

This course helped me understand all of the activities that go into being able to create, maintain, and finish a project schedule. Items such as WBS were really helpful with breaking down items in a project and figuring out how to sequence and schedule them. Mr. Franzen was also super helpful with any questions that I had for him. He responded in a very timely manner, and I definitely appreciate that a lot.
