This was a great intro course! I want to go even deeper into the content!
I felt the course was quite well put together. I learned quite a bit, and because I do have a good base already, this reteached me some of the basics I've forgotten. I'm a bad test taker, so some of the quiz questions caught me, but overall, the course was great. The instructor kept me ontrack and answered questions quickly.
Everything was very straightforward and helpful for an introductory course.

I think this was a great introductory course. I had taken a similar course in the past, three hours a week for six weeks, and didn’t feel like I learned much. I really like that this one allows you to follow each video at your own pace, and I appreciate the skill tests and hands-on quizzes. I’d highly recommend it. I feel much more confident in my Revit skills now.

The videos are really easy to understand and it gives you a step-by-step instruction from which you could really have a feel of the software. The training helped me in my career in terms of a more visual approach of the projects that we handle (since mostly for electrical engineering we deal with single line drawings), it makes me appreciate more and have a greater overall view of the project.

This program is, without a doubt, comprehensive. The instructor is very detailed, well-organized and adds a bit of humor thought out. What I enjoy most is that the course covers real office practices. This program is giving me the tools to confidently navigate construction documents in 3D. As someone actively working in project engineering, I am finding the hands-on modeling and real-world application especially valuable. It is helping me contribute more effectively to the design coordination and field planning.
I would recommend VDCI to everyone! Revit is the future of my profession as a draftsman in an architecture firm. I was starting to learn the program through work, but was overwhelmed trying to navigate the program and understanding all of its capabilities. After completing 2 courses I was able to feel comfortable working in Revit as I had a better knowledge of how to maneuver through the program, as well as how to create families and how to make them parametric. I enjoyed the instructional videos and being able to learn on my own time but still having to meet deadlines to keep me on track and moving through the course.
This course helped me take my AutoCAD skills to the next level. The progression of lessons made sense, and the step-by-step video instruction made even complex tasks approachable. I especially appreciated how the course emphasized real-world workflow—working across model space, paper space, and creating polished sheets. CAD 201 gave me the confidence to go from basic drafting to producing clean, professional-looking elevation sheets. I learned how to manage layers, blocks, dimensions, and layout views more efficiently. The hands-on projects helped reinforce everything, and the instructor did a great job of breaking down each step. This course has been a major milestone in my CAD learning journey.
Hands down a 5. I loved the flexibility the VDCI courses allowed me. While working full time, I was able to incorporate the video training into my daily work routine; so even though I completed smaller bits of training at a time, I was able to remain consistent with said training allowing me to never feel behind or having to consistently ‘back track’ to refresh my brain to where I last left off. VDCI’s training definitely helped my career by allowing me to incorporate what I learned into practical daily use on smaller projects way before our company’s deadline (end of this calendar year) to be fully using Revit in place of AutoCAD. Thanks again for a great learning experience.
