The Revit Structure I course is designed for individuals ready to take their first steps into the world of structural modeling and design. Whether you're an aspiring structural engineer, architect, or design professional, this introductory course equips you with the essential skills to use Autodesk Revit Structure efficiently and effectively. Through engaging lessons and hands-on practical exercises, you’ll gain fundamental knowledge of Revit Structure, including how to create basic structural models, work with families and templates, and understand essential structural elements such as beams, columns, and foundations. The course focuses on building a strong foundation to prepare you for more advanced Revit concepts down the road. This course uses the Revit Structure tools to create an accurate structural model of a real-world, four-story commercial project. You will develop a structural project from the very beginning and see its completion through all aspects of BIM modeling. You will gain an understanding of real-world practices for the effective integration of an interactive project with other disciplines.
To be fully prepared for this course, you should have a fundamental understanding of Revit Architecture, equivalent to our Revit Fundamentals Course.
