Job Description

The BIM Specialist is responsible to implement project specific BIM execution plans, including BIM standards, schedules, milestones, workflows, and deliverables, as agreed to within the BEP & PEP.

This job is temporary AND full time. No more than 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $55-65/hour

Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy the Revit Template & BIM 360 access
• Schedule BIM coordination meetings
• Clash detection sessions
• Multidisciplinary coordination reviews
• Facilitate effective collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth information exchange

Qualifications

• Revit: 3 years preferred
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Willingness to travel: 100%
