What does a MEP Designer do?

  • Design detailed and accurate technical 3D drawings that model electrical, plumbing, HVAC or fire protection systems 
  • Collaborate with BIM team (Managers, Coordinators, Technicians) Engineers, Contractors, Manufacturers and Installers to ensure code regulations 
  • Maintenance of graphic standards and specifications for documentation
  • Analyze and document MEPF systems and understanding their basic constructability procedures, sequences and code regulations
