AI Training Online for Veterans

You can enroll in one of our eligible programs by completing the steps below:

1. Select a program from our list of VA-Eligible Certificate Programs.
2. Click "Apply Now" and complete the application. Have your resume and Certificate of Eligibility (COE) ready to upload as part of the application. (Veterans should also have a Joint Services Transcript (JST) and DD-214 ready; active-duty students should have a JST. You'll also need to provide proof of education, such as a high school diploma or GED equivalent.)
3. Once your application is submitted, our Student Services team will schedule an admissions interview to review your information and go over the program's details and requirements.
4. After you've met the admissions requirements, Student Services will collect your proof of education to complete your enrollment.
5. Click “Place Order” to complete your registration.

Prior to the start of the class, you will need to provide us with a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) in order for us to certify your enrollment with Veterans Affairs. This can be sent to admissions@vdci.edu. We will be in touch shortly after your registration to confirm additional information related to your registration.

Please have your counselor submit a training authorization for one of our eligible programs through Tungsten. If they need assistance, they can email admissions@vdci.edu to connect about registration.

Once the authorization has been submitted, you can then enroll in one of our eligible programs by completing the steps below:

Yes, all our VA Eligible Certificate Programs are eligible for Chapter 35. 

Please note that Chapter 35 payments will not necessarily cover the full cost of your program on their own, and most students need a separate source of funding to pay for their program. Learn more about Chapter 35 rates.

You can register for one of our VA Eligible Certificate Programs using our standard student registration process. After you enter your payment details and check out, please email a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to admissions@vdci.edu. We will then certify your registration with the VA.

Yes. Please email admissions@vdci.edu to have our School Certifying Official review your schedule and confirm whether you will be considered a full-time student.

Yes! As long as your benefits cover it and you finish one program before starting the next, you are welcome to come back for more of our courses.

No. You can attend two programs sequentially, but you cannot have two overlapping enrollments.

Yes, both live and self-paced courses are approved by the VA.

Yes. Please email admissions@vdci.edu when you register and let us know what percentage of benefits you have. We can either share a payment link where you can pay the balance on your tuition, or set up a payment plan if needed.

No, we are not eligible for VET TEC.

All of our VA Approved courses require access to a PC or Mac (laptop or desktop). Required software is listed on the course pages. For more specific technical specifications and recommendations, please email admissions@vdci.edu. Please note that while we can provide general tech requirements, we cannot provide information on pricing, purchasing options, or options and/or recommendations for equipment not included in our general tech requirements.
