Hello, I hope you enjoyed your introduction to Navisworks course here at VDCI. This video contains the instructions for the final submission, as we are changing the way the final submission works for this course. Now, we will upload three files for this final submission.
To begin, let's export our NWD from our BIM 361 Complete NWF file. This is the file you were just working in. You'll notice I'm in the Home view here.
I'll go to the N drop-down, select Save As, and save this as a Navisworks 2016 through 2022 NWD. If you're using a future version of Navisworks, this might say 2023 or later. BIM 361 Complete.
I'm going to add a dash and then your name. So the filename will say "BIM 361 Complete—Your Name."
I'll hit Save and this will generate the NWD. This includes the files, so we don't need to worry about linking and related issues. Back in File Explorer, this will be the first of three files you'll upload for your final submission.

The "BIM 361 Complete—Your Name.nwd" file. Additionally, let's upload one of the HTML clash reports we generated earlier. I'm going into the Clash Report folder, then the date you generated your report, followed by the Separate folder. Let's upload the Structural versus Plumbing report.
This is an HTML document, and when I open it, you can see it includes the images. This HTML document will only work properly if we also include the "Structural versus Plumbing Files" folder. So I'm going to select the "Structural Plumbing Files" folder, right-click, and send it to a compressed (ZIP) folder. The default name is fine.
We just want to zip it so that the Structural Plumbing HTML document and the Structural Plumbing Files ZIP document can both be uploaded. So it's these two files, plus in Lesson Six, the BIM 361 Complete NWD file. Again, I hope you enjoyed this course.
