Now we're going to go ahead and add some annotations to our elevation. So I'll start with classroom A. I'm just going to double click to activate the view. And then I'll use my annotation symbol, the paint tag that we had before.
And so for this view, we don't have much going on in here. We could actually just place the P4 tag here, and then straight above it, I could go ahead and change this to be the P1 tag. And then making sure again, I get the right tag on here, since we made that an instance parameter.
And I'll repeat the same process over in our classroom B elevation. And it's just the symbol tool. And then we can do the same thing over here in our fitness area B. And for this one, what we could do is we could add some dimensions to show like the area that is being highlighted as the graphic and there it was a pretty arbitrary cut that we did there.
We're going to get some odd numbers, yours are probably going to be different from what you're seeing here. So don't, do not try and adjust yours to match what you're seeing here. But then I can go in and I can do the same thing with the tag, I can add the symbol, which this one's going to be P4.
And then the rest of them will be P1. And so I just need to make sure I adjust them accordingly. And so now we've got our tags on our elevations, and we need to make sure that our finished schedule is looking the way it wants to be.
So I'm going to jump over to our 301 sheet, the schedules. And so our finished specifications kind of changed a little bit here. You can see this is a dash, because it didn't get categorized properly should be into like paint or wall coverings.
And then when I look at the actual room finished schedule for the condo, you can see it actually added all the rooms from our fitness center into here, which is to be expected. We need to actually filter this and create a whole nother schedule for our for just our fitness center. And so to fix these two things, I'm going to start with the finished schedule here, because this one's pretty easy to do.
And what I'll do is I'm going to go in, and I'm going to actually filter out the rooms that have that are above a certain number. And so if I were to go to filter, and I could set this to have different room names, and you can see right now, when I look here, number is an option. And so I get these, just any number of different filters I have here.
But if I pick the one that we want, so if I say is less than, and then I just put 119, that's saying that the room number less than 119 will get filtered out of this schedule. So this would be the option we'd use for our fitness center schedule. But in this case, we want our number here, we want number to say less than 119.
And so these are the items that are going to be in our schedule. If I hit OK here, you can see it'll just keep everything 101 through 106. And then if I were to go in here, and find our finish schedule here, it says condo room finish here, if I right click, duplicate view and duplicate that, I can then rename this one.
And then I can call it fitness center, room finish schedule. And essentially do the same thing we did with the filter. But this time change this to greater than.
And so if it's greater than 119, it's going to be included in the schedule. And you can see it sort of flips the script on us there. And now we can take this and put it on our schedule sheet so that we have our fitness center room schedule.
And so I'm going to move the finish specifications down because that's kind of like a general one. And then I'll put this guy in here so that it lines up with our other room finish schedule. Now we've got them both side by side.
And then we've got this guy set up so that we can get the rest of the finishes that we've added because you can see there's still more flooring that needs to be added. And then we also have to reconcile this paint because we didn't quite get it into the right category. And so we'll go ahead and dive into our schedules in next video.
