So here I'm at our level one-bedroom unit finish plan here and I'm going to go ahead and just work from room to room here and I'm going to start with our living room and I'm going to use this elevation, elevation A, as my starting point and obviously this doesn't look right so we're going to go in and make some adjustments here. So I'm going to take my crop region and I'm going to bring all of them up to my level line and the way they're bound right now is from wall to wall and then I want to have it bound to the ceiling at the top here so I'll just drag this down until it hits the ceiling and this is what I'm going to want my elevations to look like and so I can go through so that was living room A so I can do the same thing for my project browser in living room B and I can go ahead and make those same adjustments where we drag it up to the level line down to the ceiling and you can kind of feel it snap when it hits that point and this one looks like it's just a little bit off the wall there so I'm going to go ahead and move it so that it's right on the wall and if you're having a hard time like I am there it's kind of not really wanting to grab that point then what I could do is I could always just select this and say edit crop and now it's a sketch that I can use the align tool to easily move it into exactly where I want it okay so we'll go to C and do the same thing this one's a little different because it's got a big open area there but I can do the same process where it'll snap to that bottom face of the ceiling and then there is our elevation for C likewise for D and it really does help to zoom in a bit so you can see what you're working with and same thing on this side if I can move that over I will and I'm having that same issue so I'll just edit the crop boundary and use the align tool going back to that edit profile here and finishing the sketch prompted to save so why not okay so that's all of our living room space and so if I were to go let's say the kitchen and kind of do the same thing so we're just going to crank through these here doing that same process and this is going to be my boundary for that view and again I'll do the same thing where I just edit the crop and move it over and finish the sketch looking good and so I'm going to go through all of my kitchen study bathroom elevations doing the same thing and then we'll jump back in and take a look at how we can add our crown molding whether it's in the elevation view or in the 3D view and see which process works best for us
