Exporting a PDF with Revit 2023

Click the PDF Icon in the top to open the PDF Export pop up box.
Your print options should be set to:

Current Window
Sheet Size
Zoom 100
Center (what we use most of the time in class)
Be sure to pick a location you will be able to find later in your files

Other Option to check: Hide unreferenced view tags
Once all of your options have been selected to your preference, click Export. This will then ask you if you want to save these settings for future use. You can say no if you don’t need it again or yes if you will be printing the same way a lot.
