All right, so now that we have completed our first half of the lessons, now is the time when we can export all of the takeoffs that we've done and submit them as the midterm. So how we are going to submit the midterm is going to be down at the markups bar. So let's go ahead and click into the markups bar.
There is going to be an option to export a summary. So you're going to click on summary. And for the midterm, let's go ahead and just do a PDF summary.
Later on for the final, we can do a CSV summary and a PDF. For right now, let's just do a PDF summary. When you go to do this export, all you're going to have to do is go into columns.
And let's unselect some of these. So things like author, label, comments, and date we do not need. Let's keep length, area, wall area, volume, count, and measurement.
Let's go ahead and get rid of label and depth and status and color. Also layer and space and unit we can get rid of. We'll go over to filter and sort.

Really important here, let's make sure that we sort under subjects and we unselect any blank subjects. We also filter and sort under specification section and we unselect any blank items. And other than that, we can just take a quick look at the output screen, making sure that we're exporting as a PDF.
And let's just go ahead and hit okay. When this PDF report generates, that will be the submission for the midterm. You will be able to submit that online for review.
And that is going to be the process. We'll just wait a few moments while this exports. I have a lot of various takeoff items as well.
So I am probably going to have a larger number here than you see on your screen. Don't worry about that. I've just done some kind of other practice takeoffs on different sheets.
So nothing to worry about if your number is not matching up to my number. So what we're going to see here is our markup summary, and this is going to be our sheet. And this is how we can submit the midterm.
