CAD Project Management Course Online

Participants with foundational AutoCAD experience who want to develop CAD management and office workflow skills, including:

• Those working in or seeking roles as CAD managers, BIM coordinators, or design leads responsible for software standardization, team coordination, file organization, and project documentation workflows.
• College or graduate students in architecture, engineering, construction management, or design programs who want hands-on experience setting up CAD environments, managing inherited drawing sets, and enforcing National CAD Standards in real-world scenarios.
• CAD drafters, system administrators, or technical design supervisors aiming to optimize office standards, automate repetitive drafting tasks, and manage multi-user CAD workflows through efficient project coordination.

Yes, this course is open to beginners. Students must be comfortable using a computer. No other prior knowledge is required.

• This course is 20 clock hours. Clock hours is the total estimated course time including watching the course videos and completing the projects. The time varies by student.
• Assuming that you work approximately 10 hours per week, you will complete this course in about 3 Weeks.

You can choose when to start your access period. Once you activate, you will have 30 days to complete it (access the course materials, quizzes, projects and videos). You may request one extension of seven (7) days. Other extension requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Videos are not downloadable.
