Teaching & Professional Experience
Michael has been a part of VDCI for over 15 years, helping to better our institution and improve our students’ career education journeys. He is also a practicing architect at FPBA, with over 18 years of experience working in a wide range of project types — from high-profile government facilities to single-family residencies.
Michael has experience in all project phases, from conceptual design to specifications, details, and construction administration. He is proficient in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, integrating Revit, 3dsMax, and Rhino.
Michael has won several awards for his work and is recognized by Autodesk as one of North America’s leading Revit Certified Instructors.

Courses Taught at VDCI
Michael Wilson has taught a combination of Revit and Blueprint Reading courses both online and on-site throughout the years. His main focus is on teaching Revit Architecture skills on commercial projects.
