Explore the step-by-step process of setting up graphics on a sheet, adjusting the layout and view, and renaming the view titles for clarity. This informative guide walks you through each phase, from activating crop regions to creating a schedule for your rentable area.
Key Insights
- The process begins with setting up graphics on a sheet, where the crop region is activated and the boundary is adjusted.
- The layout can be transformed into two columns, allowing for flexibility and ease of viewing, following which it is placed on the sheet under the floor plan.
- Finally, view titles are adjusted, renamed for clarity, and a schedule is created for the rentable area, ensuring all area plans are organized and easily accessible on the sheet.

Now that we've got all the graphics set up the way that we want, we can go ahead and put these on a sheet. So let's get these set up for putting on a sheet. We'll go through the same process that we've gone through multiple times as we put views on sheets.
So I'm on level one here. First thing I'll do is I'll turn on my crop region by having it show and making sure that it's actually activated. And then I can pull in the boundary, just like we've done on previous views.
And once we're done with the boundary, we can go ahead and turn it off. But we still want to make sure that the crop is active. Now for this, we can make this set up into be two columns instead of one long column like that.
And I can simply just move this around. You can see I can go all the way down to four if I wanted to, but we'll go with two. And I can adjust the width of them as well.
And now we can have it so it sits below the floor plan. The next step is we'll go ahead and put it on the sheet. We'll go to our building area plans.
And I'll grab my level one rentable and move it into place. And then I can adjust my view title, similar to what we did on the gross building area plans. And then as you can see here, the view title had to be a little lower because of the legend.
So I'll follow suit and move my area plans down so that everything kind of looks the same. Looks good. And I'll bring over level two now.
Again, keeping it all lined up just like we did before. And then just adjusting that view title so that we have a similar look on all of these. And I pulled that down a little too far, so I'll move that up.
And it's looking good. Next thing we'll want to do is adjust these titles here. So same process.
So I'll rename this. Instead of just level one, we'll call it level one rentable. So by calling it rentable area, I am potentially changing the name of this level.
And so I don't want to do that. I want to just say no, just so it changes the view name. And then we'll do the same thing on level two, saying no again.
And now we have all of our area plans on the sheet. Next thing we need to do is make sure we create a schedule for our rentable area.
