So what I'm going to do here is I'm going to jump and I'm just going to go down from one sheet to the next. So I want to take a look at my ID 101, make sure nothing got weird, there's nothing poking out, especially from this side because that's where we made modifications to the plan and everything looks good there. I don't see anything that got bumped around with our interior elevation so we're good there.
Same thing should be the case for our furniture plan sheet and I'm closed hidden windows so there's not too many windows open here but that looks good here. And then my fitness center finish plan, this looks exactly like what we were hoping to see, shouldn't be any changes because we were just working on that sheet. And then our fitness center equipment plan, we still need to add the 3D views to this one so we'll go ahead and do that.
And then our schedule sheet, which is the last one that we created, looks pretty good. So I'm going to pop back over to our equipment plan sheet and then we've got a couple 3D views that we could create here. I think we added one to take a look at the different corners in there for each side so we just need to find where those are now.
And so we've got a few different areas here, these 3D view one or two. I'm just going to wing it, see what we get. And so here's this is 3D view number one that I placed and so this is the one we added to kind of show the different graphics looking in there.
And so I think this view would look a lot cooler if it had the work set for the equipment on. We're going to go ahead and turn that on and for finishes as well. And I'll hit okay.
Yeah, much better, right? And then I'm going to bring the top of the view down a little bit and I'm going to adjust some of these things. So I'm going to bring my elevation down a little, say four feet to four feet there to kind of skew the perspective a little bit. And then I'll adjust the view.
And so this one's set to realistic. We probably get the same effect if we put it on shaded and we won't burn up our computer in the process. So shaded is going to give you the colors.
Same with consistent colors is going to give you, like if you want to see the colors of something, that's a good option to pick. The realistic one is a good option to pick if you wanted to see what those graphics would look like. And so I'll go and rename this one.
This is going to be the classroom 121. And then we'll do the same thing here. I'll just grab that 3D view too.
This one might be a little crazier because of the graphic that we had on it. And so this is a pretty cool view. It's kind of showing through the fitness center.
We'll expand it out a little bit. And the bummer is, like I was saying before, we have to use that realistic view to be able to see everything. And so every time I do something like that, depending on your computer, yours is probably way better than mine.
But every time we do something like that, we're going to see a little bit of a delay in there. And so another thing I'll do here is I'm going to go to my view. I'll double click to edit the view.
And I'll go to visibility graphic overrides into worksets. And I'm going to turn off the architectural model. And then I'm going to make sure I've got finishes showing and our FFNE showing as well.
And there we go. Now you can see we've got all of our equipment, even our pretty rad desk in there. And so this one works pretty well in this mode.
But like you've seen here, it's pretty slow going. And so, you know, I kind of want to just change it back to shaded or realistic works as well. But the problem here is we don't have the floor and everything above because we turned that model off.
And so that's where we might want to look at adding a ceiling or even keeping that architectural model turned on. And I'll show you a couple tricks to make that work the way we want it to. If I go back to worksets and then I turn the architectural model back on, what I can do is I can go into Revit links for my architectural model and see where it says by host view here.
In order to avoid having duplicates of things like walls, for instance, what I can do is I can actually click on where it just says custom here, go to model categories, go to custom here as well. And I can go down to where it says walls, and I can uncheck that. And so any of the walls that are in the architectural model are going to go away.
And so if you didn't copy monitor over many the different walls, you might see some gaps here, but I'm willing to take the risk. We're going to do that. This will just give us the floor above so that we can kind of see what we're looking at.
And I think this looks fine. This is kind of got that industrial look to it for a fitness center. And we've got some color popping in there.
It's a little dark, but we didn't add any lights or anything. So that's what we're going to get. So I'm going to double click out of this view and then I'm going to rename it to fitness area 120.
And as you've noticed, everything with this view is going to go slow. Printing is probably going to be the same way. My advice though, is anytime we're going to mess with this view, add it to the sheet, just pop up here, click save.
It'll save your local file at a minimum, and you should be good to go with that file most of the time. Now we can do what we did before, where we can kind of crop the view and change it a little bit. So I'll do the size crop, lock the proportions.
And so I can make it wider. I'm going to make it a couple inches wider and we'll see. So it kind of takes up more of the space in here, but again, we just got to wait because my computer can't process it super fast.
Okay. I just want it to be at the same width. So this one is at 13 inches, just slightly more than 13 inches, almost 13 and a half.
So I'll go ahead and change this one, do the same thing, lock it, set that to 13 and a half inches and hit okay. And then I can position it in place to where we want it. Obviously I want to make sure I get that view title, put it in a better spot.
Same with the one above here. You can see it's kind of wonky. We're better than that, right? We don't want to leave those hanging out.
And now we're ready to print our sheets to PDF for our final.
