A good experience also accounts for how someone feels while using a product, what they were trying to accomplish, and what happens when things go wrong. This course lays out what UX design covers, how it differs from UI, and how UX designers collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, and visual designers. You then walk the process end to end.
