## Overview

This self-paced Tableau course is designed to help you build strong data visualization skills by creating dynamic dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and communicating insights clearly. Through lesosns, projects, and real-world examples, you’ll learn how to use Tableau’s features to turn raw data into compelling visual stories. The course is suitable for beginners with no prior experience as well as those looking to refine their visualization skills, with step-by-step instruction that builds confidence and practical expertise.

As you progress, you’ll connect to data in multiple formats, clean and structure datasets, and create a wide range of visualizations, including bar charts, line charts, treemaps, heat maps, dual-axis charts, and interactive maps. You’ll use calculated fields, aggregations, and forecasting tools, format visuals for clarity, customize dashboards for different audiences and devices, explore advanced mapping and visualization techniques, and publish or export dashboards for professional sharing. By the end of the course, you’ll have a portfolio of polished Tableau dashboards and the skills to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
