## Overview

This Intermediate SketchUp class is built for interior designers, construction professionals, and those in entertainment-related fields who want to move beyond the basics and work more confidently in 3D. SketchUp’s flexibility and ease of use make it more approachable than many other CAD programs, and this course shows how to take advantage of that simplicity while working at a higher level. You’ll also learn how SketchUp connects with tools like Extension Warehouse, 3D Warehouse, LayOut, Style Builder, and other plug-ins to support more polished workflows and presentations.

Rather than starting from scratch, the course focuses on modeling directly from floor plans and refining your work through customization. You’ll edit textures and colors, explore advanced SketchUp workflows, and use the full range of SketchUp tools with more intention and control. The goal is to help you work accurately, efficiently, and productively while gaining a deeper understanding of how the software functions in real-world design scenarios.
