## Overview

This course gives you a practical look at how site logistics shape the success of a construction project from the ground up. It moves past the basics and into the real thinking behind how field teams keep jobsites safe, organized, and productive. Across six lessons, you'll work through the full logistics process, starting with how to read a site and spot its constraints, then moving into building a logistics plan, managing the flow of workers, materials, and equipment, and finally coordinating everything on a daily basis once the work is underway. You'll also see how logistics ties directly into safety, productivity, and the ability to adjust as site conditions change.

Each lesson pairs core concepts with hands-on exercises drawn from the kinds of challenges field teams deal with every day, and the course wraps up with a final project where you'll build a complete logistics strategy for a sample jobsite. You'll practice thinking through access, staging, deliveries, equipment coordination, and temporary facilities while keeping safety and efficiency front and center. By the end, you should walk away with the practical skills and field instincts needed to plan and run logistics on a real construction site.
